1. More time in nature equals more peace in your soul. Every moment we spend in nature calms our being and brings us back to ourselves. It slows everything down, relaxes our mind and grounds us 🌿

2. Most of the time YOU are the one standing in your own way. You have to believe in yourself and your capabilities to achieve your dreams. 💭

3. Beauty is everywhere you choose to see it. Beauty is all around us in something as big as the sky and as small as a ladybug. You just need to slow down and open your eyes and your heart to see it 🐞

My favourite part of summer so far was finding this beautiful campsite. It was so incredibly peaceful to camp right beside the river and listen to the water flowing as I slept. Waking up here I felt so much peace in my soul and I am so grateful. Nature has a way of calming our nervous system so deeply and so naturally - I never wanted to leave!
